MyClickApps operates this website and publishes mobile apps including Pict, Blip, ContactsDuster, ContactsDuster Pro, Cloude, PlusOne, and 1-Click Flashlight. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled through the website and through the mobile apps to the extent those apps use support, contact, backup, location, or sync features.
If you contact MyClickApps through the website or by email, you may provide your name, email address, message content, and any details you choose to include in your support request. If an app includes account, backup, restore, or sync functionality, you may also provide information necessary to operate that feature.
Some MyClickApps products are specifically designed to help users review, organize, deduplicate, back up, sync, or restore contact information. When those app features are used, the app may access contact data that you authorize it to access on your device. That access is used to provide the app’s requested functionality.
ContactsDuster and ContactsDuster Pro use Sentry to collect crash reports, technical error information, performance measurements, and app interactions such as screens opened, cleanup outcomes, backup outcomes, and purchase results. These records can include app version, device and operating-system details, a purchase tier or entitlement state, and a persistent, randomly generated support diagnostic identifier. We use this information to investigate problems and improve the app. The identifier can connect diagnostic records from an installation and can help us find an issue when you include it in a support request. This collection is not used for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not include your contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, address-book contents, or exported vCard files. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your payment-card details.
ContactsDuster scans and cleans the contacts you authorize on your device. Your address book is not uploaded to MyClickApps or Sentry. Optional Cloud Backup stores copies in your own private iCloud account. You choose whether to export a vCard and where to share it. Promotional app sharing contains an App Store link rather than contact data. You can manage contact access in iOS Settings and manage saved backups in the app. Contact admin@myclickapps.com for privacy questions or requests about diagnostic or support information.
Products such as ContactsDuster and Cloude may offer cloud backup, restore, or synchronization features. When you use those features, the data required to complete backup, restore, or sync operations may be processed and stored for that purpose.
Some app features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Messages sent through the website contact form are transmitted so MyClickApps can respond to support or business inquiries. Form submissions are used only for communication and support handling.
MyClickApps does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the website, send support communications, deliver backup or sync functionality, diagnose errors and understand app usage through service providers such as Sentry, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and the service.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, operational, legal, or backup-related purposes, depending on the nature of the product or request.
You can stop using the website contact form at any time and may uninstall any app if you no longer want it to access device features you previously granted. You can also contact MyClickApps with privacy-related questions or requests.
